Mohd Ehsan graduated from Sultan Azlan Shah Polytechnic with Diploma in Civil Engineering. He gained his experiences in several places. He started his career with do an intern at Prinsiptek (M) Sdn Bhd as engineering trainee. He moved to BW Perunding Sdn Bhd as assistant engineer in 2008. In 2014, he joined Aon Hewitt (M) Sdn Bhd as do a data entry for Sime Darby Berhad.
